Spend effectively, reduce redundancy and execute successfully with a partner seasoned in designing and implementing strategic execution organizations and processes for Fortune 100 companies.

How does one execute strategically?

Next, make sure the work required to fully realize your strategy is identified, planned, implemented and accepted—including project portfolio management (PPM) processes and effective execution frameworks and oversight. We’re here to help.

Dori Miller

A fearless leader and client advocate, Dori works with the rest of the leadership team at CI to help grow our people, client base, overall business and capabilities. She earned a degree in electrical engineering from Stanford University, then started her career in technology sales, which included selling semiconductors, software development environments and data warehousing.

Often the only woman in the room, Dori learned quickly how to earn credibility – and surprise the room – with her deep understanding of the products she was selling and her technical skill set. Having mastered consultative selling, she then transitioned into strategy consulting, working as a client executive, chief of staff and consultant at North Highland to drive complex programs and build strategic execution capability for clients. For the past three years, Dori has served as an independent consultant for clients like WestRock and Chick-fil-A.

At Collective Insights, you can find Dori diving into the intersections of digital transformation and management consulting, a combination that she believes gives our team a unique competitive advantage. When she’s not tailoring expert approaches to our clients’ PMO goals, you can find Dori cooking, baking, working out, at the Alliance Theatre or spending time with her two great kids on the lake.
